iOS 9 problem

I use the speaking option on my iPad quite regularly to listen to books and other items I need to read that are lengthy, since the iOS nine update, which I think is great because Apple really tries hard to keep things secure an up-to-date, theres just a problem with the speed of the voice, and I cant slow it down its on high speed all the time.
So in looking for an alternative way to listen to things I have to listen to, this app with cut-and-paste has help me to do that while the problem with iOS nine is getting worked out. I have to underline or highlight the answers to many questions in articles I read and cannot do that with this app but is still very helpful at this crucial time, great app!
